Lee Loré
Lee Loré is a 20-year-old Estonian jazz singer whose music combines a classical foundation, improvisational freedom, and a personal stage presence.
Born in Tallinn, Lee began her musical journey in early childhood. At the age of three, she sang in a choir and at seven, she started studying piano. Her studies led her to the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet and in recent years jazz has become her primary form of expression. In 2025, she began her studies in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, at the Codarts University of the Arts.
Lee Loré has performed as a soloist with several renowned ensembles, including the Estonian Dream Big Band, the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet Big Band, TalTech Big Band and the Codarts Big Band. In addition, she performs with the Lee Quartet, an ensemble focused on her original compositions, which also appeared at the TUJA Festival in spring 2025.
In recent years, she has received significant recognition both in Estonia and internationally. In 2025, she won the Grand Prix at the Solistica competition, first place in her age category, and a special award for Best Arrangement. In the same year, she received international recognition at the Prinses Christina Concours in the Netherlands, where she was awarded the “Leading Female Artist Award.” Her earlier achievements include the title of Tallinn Talent Laureate, first prize in classical singing at the Andantino Competition and others.
An important part of her development has also been participation in international festivals and masterclasses, including those in Tuscany, Amsterdam, and Estonia.
Alongside her concert activities, Lee Loré is increasingly moving towards original songwriting and composition, seeking honesty, freedom and direct emotional connection through her music.
